Architected and operated a cloud-native, serverless infrastructure on AWS spanning API Gateway, Lambda, SQS/SNS messaging, and VPC networking using CloudFormation and Serverless Framework as core provisioning tools. Designed and delivered backend APIs for dashboard consumption, while managing data persistence on MongoDB Atlas and ensuring production reliability through CloudWatch monitoring. Introduced decentralized payment capabilities by integrating Web3 libraries, bridging traditional cloud infrastructure with blockchain-based transaction flows.

Designed and shipped client-facing and service-to-service REST APIs with Express, backed by relational schemas in PostgreSQL via TypeORM. Placed strong emphasis on software quality through comprehensive automated test suites across unit and integration layers (Jest, Mocha, Chai), alongside security middleware and cron-scheduled tasks. Extended platform capabilities through deep AWS integration Lambda functions, SQS/SNS event pipelines, and S3 and connected external communication services including Mailchimp and Mandrill for transactional and marketing flows.

Built a secure web application with token-based encrypted data access, designing the REST APIs in Node.js / Koa on top of MongoDB. I refactored callback-heavy legacy code into clean async/await patterns and integrated a RabbitMQ (AMQP) message broker, while also writing complex SQL stored procedures. Finally, I built a Python web scraper for automated data collection.

Developed REST APIs in Node.js for a fashion PLM system, and managed ERP-to-PLM data transfers through SQL stored procedures. I also mentored and coordinated a junior developer on the team.

Built the backend for the Apoteca Natura mobile application as a REST API in Express, working with NoSQL databases such as DashDB, Cloudant and CouchDB. I developed a Java backend using the Spring framework with Apache POI, and served as an Accenture consultant on Kondor+, writing stored procedures and bash scripts.
